These terms govern your use of TaskWise.

Using TaskWise
You may use TaskWise for lawful personal or business task management. You are responsible for your Google account, the content of your tasks, and activity performed through your account.
Google services
TaskWise depends on Google Tasks and Google sign-in. Your use of those services is also subject to Google's terms and policies. Availability and features may be affected by changes or outages in Google's services.
Ownership
TaskWise and its design, software, and branding are owned by CodeNest LLC. You retain ownership of the content in your Google Tasks account.
No warranties
TaskWise is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeNest disclaims warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeNest will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost data or productivity, arising from use of TaskWise.
