These terms govern your use of Gather, an RSS reader published by CodeNest LLC.

Using Gather
You may use Gather for lawful personal reading. Gather does not require an account; you choose which feeds to follow and you are responsible for that choice and for how you use what you read.
Publisher content
Feeds and articles come from the publishers you subscribe to, not from CodeNest. That content belongs to its owners, their terms and licenses apply to it, and CodeNest does not endorse or verify it. Gather stores and displays it on your device for your own reading; redistributing it is between you and the publisher.
On-device summaries and rewritten headlines
Summaries, simplified headlines, and read-aloud output are generated by a language model running on your device. They are machine-generated, can be incomplete or simply wrong, and are not a substitute for the article. Check the original before relying on anything a summary says.
Advertising
Gather displays in-feed ads through Google AdMob. Google's terms and policies apply to that advertising, and the privacy policy describes the information involved and the choices available to you.
Pre-release software
Gather is currently distributed as a beta. Pre-release builds may change, lose locally stored data, or stop working between updates, and features described on this site may change or be removed before release.
Ownership
Gather and its design, software, and branding are owned by CodeNest LLC. Nothing here transfers rights in the app, and nothing here gives CodeNest rights in the content you read.
No warranties
Gather is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeNest disclaims warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and error-free operation, including the accuracy of generated summaries and the availability of any third-party feed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeNest will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost data, arising from use of Gather.
